CRYPTO EDUCATION AGREEMENT
This Crypto Education Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on today's date, by and between Highest Abundance LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Educator," and [the Student's name whom is registering], hereinafter referred to as the "Student."
- Reliance Clause:
The Student acknowledges that any information provided by the Educator is for educational purposes only. The Student agrees not to rely on the information provided as financial advice and understands that the Educator is not acting as a financial advisor.
The Educator explicitly disclaims any responsibility for any financial decisions made by the Student based on the information provided. The Educator is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment advice.
The Student acknowledges and agrees that the risk from the activities in the program can be significant. The Student knowingly and freely assumes all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releaser or others, and assumes full responsibility for their participation.
The Student hereby, for themselves and their heirs, assignees, and agents, expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the program, its assignees, and agents against all suits, actions, claims, demands, or damages that arise, even if the risks arise out of the negligence or fault of the program or others.
- Risk and Volatility Acknowledgment:
The Student acknowledges that the cryptocurrency market is highly risky and volatile. The Educator makes no guarantees regarding the profitability of any investment and warns the Student that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly.
- Congressional Changes and Legal Risks:
The Student acknowledges that legislative changes by Congress or other regulatory authorities could impact the cryptocurrency market. The Educator explicitly disclaims any responsibility for such changes and their potential impact on the Student’s investments.
- Retroactive Application:
This Agreement applies retroactively to any information or education provided by the Educator before the effective date of this Agreement.
- Consideration Clause:
In consideration for the educational services provided by the Educator, the Student agrees to compensate the Educator as mutually agreed upon between the parties.
- Intellectual Property Clause:
Ownership and Use of Course Materials:
The course materials provided to students, including but not limited to written content, videos, audio recordings, presentations, and any other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Highest Abundance, LLC. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the course materials solely for their personal educational purposes.
Restrictions on Use:
Students agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use the course materials for any purpose beyond the scope of the license granted herein. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Student Contributions:
Students may be invited to contribute content, feedback, or other materials to the course. By providing such contributions, students grant Highest Abundance, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such contributions in connection with the course.
Confidentiality:
Students agree to keep all course materials confidential and not to disclose, share, or distribute them to any third party without the express written consent of Highest Abundance, LLC.
Infringement:
If a student becomes aware of any unauthorized use or reproduction of the course materials by themselves or others, they agree to promptly notify Highest Abundance, LLC of such infringement.
Termination of Access:
In the event of a violation of this Intellectual Property Clause, Highest Abundance, LLC reserves the right to terminate the student's access to the course without refund and pursue legal remedies.
- Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Crypto Education Agreement as of the effective date first above written.
By agreeing to this contract, the Student agrees to the above terms.
